Nutritional Guidance
We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs, starting with basic nutritional advice. Participating in daily exercise is optimal for mobility and heart health. We also offer gardening tips and plots to grow organics of your choice.
Educational Programs
We offer courses to prep Volunteers of safe food handling methods, alcohol serving techniques, as well as refresher course on interpersonal relationships.
Community Workshops
Gardening classes are available Tuesdays and Saturdays, Veggie pickup every 2 weeks. Let's play in the dirt together and make a mess that cures diabetes
